Ipods in 2006 Scion Tc

I have a 2006 Scion Tc and I just got a ipod but none of the wires that came with my ipod fit in the plug in my center console. If anyone else has dealt with this some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I believe you have to buy an audio cable. Basically a wire with headphone jacks at both ends.

Yea the audio jack is inside the middle console under your right arm. Also a convienent cig lighter there too!

i bought that jack and pluged it into my ipod and then into the aux output but how do i get the aux to work on my sterio

Go to any store with IPOD accessories and ask for the AUX jack cable. Might cost ya 4 to 5 bucks. The jack is in center console and make sure (if you are using AUX jack) to control everything from your IPOD itself. Also make sure you turn the volume up on the IPOD all the way up and then control the volume on your head unit.
