Rattle from dashboard

    Default Rattle from dashboard

    Anyone else have a rattling sound which seems to come from somewhere in the center of the dashboard? It seems to come from the center vents. Anyone? Know how to fix it?

    I have this problem...sort of. It's not so much a rattle as it is a squeak. I determined it is the radio cover. When open it squeaks. When closed, its nice and quiet.

    Other people say it is the vents and there are a plethora of possible fixes, none of which involve going to the dealer to get it fixed (unfortunately).
