Default 2006 Scion TC: Break lights not working

2066 Scion TC brake lights not working (including 3rd brake light).

Aftermarket LED brake lights installed everything has worked for over a year.

I have replaced the bulbs, checked all the fuses, and replaced the brake switch. I am getting power to both wiring assemblies. Both rear signal lights work as well as the lights for operating headlights. Both of these are LED. The brake lights are NOT LED.

Anyone know what to do here?

Have you checked the engagement of the brake switch? If it's pushed back, the pedal won't actuate it. There may also be a relay, but I don't have my tech manual handy.

That could very much be the case. I am confused as to whether the brake lamps are incandescent or LED.
