changing a bulb

how do you change the license plate bulb
i got that you take those two pices off but i twisted the housing and it did not come off i tryed left and right and the maunel shows push up and pull out i tryed that and did not work. Am i doing this wrong or is there a different way.

Get needle nose plyers and turn left and it pulls strat out after you turn it. I changed mine they are very tight you cant do it with your fingers.

leds are way better looking that the bulbs

lefty loosey.... you might want to wait for a warm day.... otherwise you might find yourself in need for pliers.

Mine twisted off with my hand very easily. I had a harder time turning the parking light bulb's out of there housing.
