Wow dude that sucks man, my shifter cables got stuck on me too, I had to drive home with me and my buddy shifting the car MANUALLY. Literally MANUALLY, the cables were not hooked onto the shifter housing. We learned what each cable did and was able to shift my car all the way home. For some reason we wanted to install the short shifter at the mall, but it was taking to long so we had to get home somehow. Lol

Anyway enough with the story. To clarify, the left shifter cable wont budge or are you talking about the spinning locks on the shifter cable? The rotary locks that wedge the cable onto the housing doesnt spin anymore right? I eventually gave up after hours of trying to spin it. I just called it a night and tried again the next morning. It just unlocked itself after a couple of minutes!

So how did you eventually get it off? Or is your TC cable still stuck for months already.. haha

haha, no it's not still stuck thank god
and it wasn't the rotating clip that was stuck. the cable itself wouldn't engage...
honestly i thought i had messed it up big time but i just decided that it might work better if i put it back together so i just continued like it was still working an when i had it all put together it worked perfectly!
i think it was the angle that it was pointing didn't allow it to go in and out like it should when it was not on the shifter housing.
anyways, it works great now and i am very pleased that my transmission still works! haha
