cubby light led

This is a discussion on cubby light led within the Interior Items forums, part of the Scion tC category; anyone know where i can find an led light for the cubby or ashtry? its a 74???? looking for blue ...

    Default cubby light led

    anyone know where i can find an led light for the cubby or ashtry? its a 74????

    looking for blue led, and its the only one i dont have, except for the left and right map lights but i lost a connector and i cant find those so i dont think ill be replacing them unless i just decide to rig it

    any idea what bulbs are used in the dash? like where the speedometer is and the clock? trying to do a full conversion.
    Or tell me a place i can find it.

    Your more than welcome bud. The Gauges and Clock are going to LED's and I don't know what those consist of. I do know that your going to have to do some soldiering. You would want to PM SqualHeart about this or go to Scikotics.com and ask someone who does gauge/HVAC swaps. Its a time comsuming process and something I wouldn't attempt by myself, you mess up, you'll have to replace everything.

    *BTW, if you do the clock, ask for a flipped or reversed, you'll see what I am talking about, its looks sick!

    yeah i took apart the gauge... its all surface mount soldering... something i really really hate doing ( had to do it in a digital lab ) it sucks. i think im just gonna try and get someone to do it.
