i had the black supercharged automatic it was to expensive to swap trannies so i splurged and went back tot he dealer : ) but it all worked out..

im a personal trainer and i do landscaping : )turbonetics kit is 4,000 act stage 2 clutch 430 fidanza light weight flywheel 300 trd lsd is 1100 plus install kit i think 130 my 18's are through toyota so i dont have to pay out of pocket tien coilovers 1300 and im driving to texas to have kenny tran do all the work along with installing all my gauges and i just bought a new sub and amp today : ) and greddy b spec electronic boost controller

i bought all of my necessary items too .. all i'm missing is the turbonetics kit
and the gauges.
is a fly wheel a must ??
i ordered my ACT clutch
sway bars
engine mounts
engine studs
ss brake lines
slotted and drilled rotors
and some other stuff
i want my LSD
u ordered a TRD one ??

yeah i would def go with the trd lsd b4 the flywheel. flywheel isnt a must as far as i know its going to help with freeing up some weight in the tranny thus letting you accelerate a little faster like a glorified lightweight crank pulley dont quote me on that not 100% sure but thats what i think : ) i didnt upgrade my engine mounts kenny told me that wasnt necessary as far as the brakes trd makesd a big brake kit but im going to go with the willwood kit. im going to bring my video camera and get as much as i can..

Just like carboncrazy said, a lightweight flywheel will free up horsepower and obviously lightening the weight thus making it spin faster enabling you to accerlate faster.

hey do you guys know of any good sway bar sets im going with the greddy front and rear strut but i need front and rear sway too i was thinking bout the hotchkins kit any suggestions ???

hey is it normal to hear a pop when your spinning the tires in first and slam it into second ???

I dnt remember hearing a pop
its more of a chirping sound
if it sounds like a lil birdy then yea
its called "chirping" your tires
i did it all the time
now my exhaust is too loud
i can't hear it lol

no its def a " pop " and its loud lol the car only has 6,000 miles on it but it only does it when i launch
