Who did you buy it from? None of these companies make it themselves. They have it made by machine shops that run them in batches on their CNC lathes.
As far as porting/polishing the impeller housing on a centrifugal S/C, you have to be very careful. You must not mar, knick, or alter in any way the machines surfaces. To do so could severly shorten the life or destory the S/C. You also do not want to alter the diameter of the discharge port on the impeller housing. Depending on the trim of the spool, you may cause a degradation in the flow characteristics. This is not a head job, but to smooth the flow path in the housing. The casting marks and the porous nature of cast aluminum cause internal air friction. I have read, heard, and researched that doing this kind of work on a S/C can slighty increase efficiency and slighty lower IAT.

Yep, he's a cool kat. This is what my Project tC (weird that we have the same name for our cars) is currently up to...... Polishing out the impeller housing and removing the mounting boss for that fugly intake manifold on the TRD. Hoping to up the adiabatic efficiency of this V-2, S-trim charger.

Vortech sells different internals for our charger. You can change the trim if you want.

Vortech does not sell squat for the TRD. They want to force you to send it in for $500+ for them to rebuild it. All I need are the seals and torque values. I can locally source the sealed bearings and the high-speed bearings should be fine. I would send it to them if they could make it quieter. According to their tech guys, we have the most efficient V-2 trim.

I No they dont sell the internals you are looking for. I was referring to the internal impellar and all to go with a larger/smaller trim.
i can look up the part number. but they are universal on the vortech chargers. Now the bearings and all, no they wont sell because they are THIS charger specific. And TRD owns those rights. Kind of like the LSD, quafie wont sell parts because TRD now owns the rights. retarded if you ask me.

And TRD won't sell you the parts either. They want you to go thru the dealer. Let's see....hmmm....TRD price + Toyota markup + shipping + tax + Dealership markup = way too pricey. Someone did a write up on SL I think where they sourced the parts 3rd party, except for the high-speed bearings that are, as you say, specific for the TRD. I guess I will have to sick Jotech on them to squeeze the parts out of them.

yeah TRD has a monopoly. I find it funny when they replaced my supercharger. they replaced, just the blower side and the shaft. Yet when I saw the shipment come in with the service tag, it had a price tag of $3300 on it. And it was a complete charger. I asked the dealer what they do with the extra parts, they said they ship my bad parts back, with the good parts and that is that.
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Yep, that is totally the way they do it. When the Dealer installed mine, they lost a few parts in the middle of the install. I had hell getting TRD to ship the Dealer parts. Notice that I called TRD. The Dealer wouldn't do it. How lame is that? Later when they lost the pulley key, I had them outsource 1/8" keystock from NAPA. This was before Toyota absorbed TRD.
When I get all the parts sourced for the TRD, I am going to either post the info and/or sell a rebuild kit.

Here are most of the parts with part numbers:
Bearings- For the impeller shaft bearings 2 Nachi ball bearings nac-6003 (must be speed rated to 65000 RPM) For the main input shaft bearings 2 SKF Ball Bearings 6205/C31 End Part / shaft assembly.... There are two end bearings part number 6205 2rs Seals- 25-40-7 is the metric size of the shaft seal.. Timken part #222540
