get in his life? ha, im 21, in college, and my dad makes 500k a year and pays for everything till i graduate, i think my life is great thanks. i have a 03 tacoma right now which is about to be upgraded to a scion tc thanks to him and my dean's list grades for the past 2 years.

edit: you may be thinking, **** 500k? this kid should get a benz. My dad hates cars and spending money on them. hell he drives a 99 toyota camry with 175k miles on it and refuses to buy a new one until that car dies, he also only buys toyota.

OK, back to the cars. We all come from different walks of life. What we have in common is our Love for the tC.

During some major bolt-on mods, I just discovered that my darn S/C mounting bracket is freak'n cracked. Does anyone know a place where I can order one? It is under warranty but TRD wants the Dealership to replace it. I have absolutely no confidence in Toyota Techs working on Scions. I have been to numerous ones and I always have to explain things to them. Therefore, they will never touch my car again.

Yes. I am going be buying a TIG welder anyway so it will be my 1st project.

Spanx alot. Project tC is down till I can find enough time do port and polish out the S/C, Batts going down low, 7qt +2qt reserve of Meth goodness, RAM induction, and alot of painting.

I just got my 3.0 3 weeks ago and I was wondering if the 3.0 is any faster than the regular and by how much?

None faster. Just styling upgrades. The RS1.0 was the only one that had any performance upgrades. Scion does not want to differentiate any offered packages as performance like that of a Mustang and a Mustang GT. It is all part of their marketing paradigm.

The wing on Project tC is the Kaminari Wing purchased thru ZPI Racing. The RS 3.0 wing is the standard pedestal spoiler ordered thru the dealer in the Blizzard Pearl White.

According to one Internet source....120 kW , 161 HP SAE @ 6,000 rpm; 162 ft lb , 220 Nm @ 4,000 rpm. I am unable to browse the Scion.com website for the official numbers due to where I am at.
