Check out the sticky conversations in or Forced Induction. As for the Hydra, the word on the street is that they have been having issues. What they are exactly, I don't know. If your going OT then you need to build the motor first. Other than that, you can safely run the motor hard at 300WHP. The limit is around 400WHP+ but that is with a very tight tune and high grade gas.

Over the Top (OK , so I went cheap on the T's) as in full ICE, DUB wheels, wild paint, and full body kit. But if shawnm565 just wants to work over time, that's cool.

I would recommend the vacuum distribution manifold to keep your lines secure. Don't trust plastic tees.
Dezod Motorsports. Dezod Motorsports Vacuum Manifold

Unless you plan on venturing well over the 300WHP mark, you really don't need a Stage 3 clutch. Stage 2 should be sufficient. Stages are level of performance set by each manufacturer so one company's Stage 2 may actually be different from another. Just need enough clamping force to handle the expected torque load. Too stiff a clutch setup and your leg will get tired in traffic. While you have the tranny out, you should install a LW flywheel and upgrade to the TRD limited slip differential.

Your not going to be emissions legal so you might as well replace the stock s-pipe and mid-pipe sections with open 3" stainless steel piping.

It looks like the turbo manifold is cast iron. I would send it off to Jet Hot or Swain Tech coated for looks and performance. Colder spark plugs where not mentioned in the kit so I would ask your tuner about it.

An electronic boost controller would be a good addition so that the shop can provide you with a "street" map on lower grade gas and a "race" map on the high octane stuff.

It should be 3" all the way back on a turbo setup making good WHP numbers. You can have one easily made by a competent muffler shop.
