Oh it can happen. I hit 14.7 with mine. And that was on my aftermarket wheels. But the majority of people arent hitting 14.9

but there is a huge difference. A stock srt-4 can take 95% of all tCs. it takes a highly modded tC to take a stock SRT-4. Now throw a modded SRT-4 against a modded tC. The tC will loose. SRT-4s drop down in to the 11's fairly easy. NO tC that is street driven has done that yet. Oh and you cant compare boost levels. 19 PSI on one car isnt the same as 19 PSI on another. On a srt-4 that is not alot of boost. On an EVO or STI that is less boost than stock. Yet from a roll a tC with 10PSI can take an EVO at 23PSI. So the boost level means absolutely nothing on different cars. It can only be compared from one car to another, and then there are variables as well. Such as housing size, a/r and piping.
