    Default Grand National

im not sure if many of yall knew about this car but i do it was a beast the day those tires made contact with the streets ohya its a legend to many racers. they first appeared in 1982 i think and they stopped making them in 1987 because they were faster and meaner than the vette's. one of the greatest things about this car is that it is a total sleeper.

    engine:V6, V6 turbocharged (245 hp, 355 lb-ft)
transmission:3 speed manual, 3 speed automatic, 4 speed automatic

here are some vids for everyone to watch and see the GN in action

Hehehe I only know of the Grand National's awesomeness because it is the "shop car" on Midnight Club:LA that you use to crash into target cars to damage them out lol. It does look awesome though.

Grand Nats were and still are Bad A cars. Why GM killed that experiment back in '87 is a mystery to me. Maybe it was because the Vettes were shiite for performance back then. The Cobalt SS can trace some of it's roots from the Grand Nats work I bet.
