i had somebody hit my car on the bumper while it was parked in the street overnight and they took off and i went around looking to see who could fix it and how much it would cost and there isnt much else you can do besides have a body shop do it. they can either get a brand new bumper for you or i think salvage a good one that hasnt been damaged off a car that has been in an accident but both ways come out to be about the same price

Sucks some people out there are real scumbags and have no regard for anyone else but themselves, in my opinion, if you hit someone, man up and leave a note or tell them, it will save a lot of trouble in the end, especially if someone sees you leave the scene of an accident.

You might go to a dealership and ask them who fixes their little chips and scratches. I know a guy in hot springs that has a paint repair system that he does on site for the dealers. He did my old car fixed all the little scratches and chips for about 100 bucks. Just a suggestion.
