i had somebody hit my car on the bumper while it was parked in the street overnight and they took off and i went around looking to see who could fix it and how much it would cost and there isnt much else you can do besides have a body shop do it. they can either get a brand new bumper for you or i think salvage a good one that hasnt been damaged off a car that has been in an accident but both ways come out to be about the same price

You might go to a dealership and ask them who fixes their little chips and scratches. I know a guy in hot springs that has a paint repair system that he does on site for the dealers. He did my old car fixed all the little scratches and chips for about 100 bucks. Just a suggestion.
