Factory kit is perfect fit and color match. Very difficult to do with an aftermarket kit. There is alot of fitment to fit right and blending needed to make look factory. Also, unless you repaint the entire car, it is a 50%-50% chance in a good color match. Case in point, my dealer put a hole in my rear bumper cover. They repaired it but in sunlight you can tell teh shading is off a little.

Unless you have the funds, the time, and the desire to go all out with the car, dont get an aftermarket kit. It wil be a haslle.
I have had issues with my kit and I have the best fitting there is. I cant imagine what others put up with.
As far as price:
Kit $1300
Paint $500 the first time.
Paint $900 the second time.
Multiple times having fitmient tweaked $500 ish.

if i was you i would stay away from body kits. they never fit right a hasle to paint. look for lip kits. i got the NIA lip and it fits right in. as far as painting you just have to look for a good body shop.
between painting and buying the kit i spent around $800.
