the best product to get bugs off cars is with a clay bar.
this will remove pretty much anything gritty that sticks to the paint. if you're ever run your finger along the paint and it feels like it isnt smooth, this product will get that out. i always use a clay bar before i wax to ensure a nice and smooth surface. when you use a clay bar, it comes with a spray bottle to lubricate the area before you use it. if you're just spot checking your car, then this is fine. when you want to clay your whole car, i just do it when i'm washing the car. the soapy water is more than enough lubricant to get inbetween the bar and the car. so i have a sponge in one hand and the clay bar in the other. no other product will work better than this. you can find a clay bar for $10-$15 depending on the brand. ime, the brand doesn't matter. YouTube - How to Clay Bar all you have to do is use a clay bar once and you'll love this product. it's one of the best products out on the car cleaning market. |

i wouldnt reccomend the wd-40 on your paint, may be fast but cause some issues over time. What i use is a microfiber towl with windex/no ammonia and rub them out, time consuming but works wonders. Id say for use on clay bar, keep your car clean and when you start feeling rough and feel dirt nibs on paint. clay time!!
