Not sure but crazy 8 ball says "Unsure". The fender alone is probably between $150-$300. Paint and labor probably around $200 -$400.
    This estimation maybe way off.

Well, Maaco did my front bumper. The total price of the bumper, splash guards, paint and labor was around $650. But they also did shotty work. It really all depends on where you go.

Always scrutinize the work before you sign any final papers. If possible, get it in writing exactly what work will be done, the parts used (OEM, no equivalents), the cost, and that the completed work will be dully inspected before accepted. If the shop won't put it in writing, you are asking to be screwed so go some place else. Oh yeah, get a signed copy of that. I did not and got totally hosed by a dirtbag who had a work order to replace parts only with OEM, repair certain hidden damage, and complete some extra work. Of course, the car ('93 Merc. Sable) had aftermarket parts that would not fit properly, cheap windshield that cracked within 2 weeks, specified work that was not even attempted, and a hood (Ford Taurus) that did not even go on my car. Guess what? Everyone (insurance company/police/State Atty Gen's Office/BBB/State insurance board/Claims Adjuster) all stated that I was getting the shaft but none save he Claims Adjuster was willing to help me. In the end, he was forced by my own insurance company to drop the charges of fraud. Why would they do this when the guy was blatantly guilty of fraud you might be wondering? Well, it seems that the insurance company would financially be better off letting it ride. This would save them legal fees and in their "eyes", my car was put back to road worthy condition. What I ended up with was a screwed up car that was now devalued.

I ran over a cone on the freeway two weeks ago and I am trying to get Caltrans to pay for the damage. Be fore I can do so I need a repair quote. Is it better to go to the dealer for a quote? I don't think I'll get Caltrans to pay for my damages, I'll probably end up eating the repairs. I just can't stand seeing my tC like this.

Plus I have the ClubtC decal on my back wind shield and I feel like I am giving us a bad rap. Should I take it off?

Why would you think that you are giving us a bad rap? Most everybody is driving around with some sort of road rash atleast once. My own tC still has it's red badge of courage from being down here in New Orleans. I say keep it. Sorry about your damage. Good luck getting Caltrans to take responsibility for it.

so i recently bought a tc that was hit on the right passenger side and the fender, headlight, and front bumper is also damaged. i found the write ups for installing a new headlight and bumper but if i order a new fender is it really that hard to install? has anyone tried doing it themselves?

Fairly easy to do. Alignment with the hood and door are the only real task that involves skill and patience. The tC is produced in Japan so the fender with probably locate itself when installing much like the hood hinges.
