    Default Is Carbon Creations good?

since my tC got rear ended i want to get a carbon fiber trunk.

Ive been looking at different ones and i want to know whats the best.
the ones that ive heard of are Seibon, Carbon Creations, and VIS.
Seibon is the most expensive, CC is middle and VIS is cheap.
ive pretty much ruled out VIS.

so should i go with CC or Seibon?
i want something thats direct bolt on. no fitment issues. can i get that with either one of these?

From talking to other Scion tC owners, most say Seibon and CC, but I have heard others say VIS as well. I personally don't know for certain, but I do know that with most after market hoods (Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass), there is going to be some fitment issues and adjusting required. Going carbon fiber is always a good thing when your trying to lighten up the car. Painting carbon fiber is whole other ball game, some bodyshops know how to prep it and paint it, others won't touch it with a 10ft poll. I don't know if shaving off weight is an issue for you or not, but you may also want to consider a carbon fiber hood as well. If your looking for a carbon fiber hood, have you looked at ScionPro.com? They have a new hood for the Scion tC that's hott.

Well shaving off weight is definitely a good thing. but i want the carbon fiber for the look mainly. this car wont be racing anytime soon. since im working on my camaro and need this as my daily.

i am planning on getting a CF hood sometime though. and i want to have it painted two tone. i want the kaminari one. and im thinking paint the whole thing except for the vent hole.

BUT... back to the subject. would YOU recommend one over the other?

I thought CC went out of business. Well, atleast, parts for Scions. They used to have some interior and external parts that they stopped offering years ago.
