Found this on Ebay - Have seen this before with Mazdas and other vehicles.

IGNITION POWER BOOSTER SYSTEM

This ignition power booster system will directly increases input voltage from 12 Volt to 16 Volt. It is able to automatically reverts to original circuitry when VSD is down. This unit would be boosts horsepower by 8%~12% and yet 12%~19% fuel economy. Increases ignition voltage and reduces exhaust for more power engine output.

Save your money. According to Kenny Tran of Jotech Racing (an authority on the 2AZ-FE), the OEM coilpacks are completely sufficient for even mild boosted apps. More Spark current, not voltage is needed at high RPM's. With the tC having a measily 6200RPM rev limit, your never going to need it. What you need to look into is a CDI module like from AEM, MSD, or HKS.
