Stock at the crank for 05-06 is 160. 07-08 161.

At the wheels it averages 138-145.

I have seen posts/claims from 146-153WHP. It all depends on the dyno, the car, and the conditions.

I have them them to, but that is not averages. that is extreme/liar/unordinary claims.

But like you said, its all in the dyno.

Well its known that the S/C brings the BHP up to 200, but if someone has a dyno run with just the stock S/C that would be cool.
On the stock WHP compared to its BHP it is about a 15% loss.
Apply that to the S/C stock HP.
200 * 15% = 30
200 - 30 = 170
Just an estimate, but it should be close.

Actually, the S/C is underrated. People have gotten close to 200WHP in the stock setup.

Just cause I like doing math...
Assumptions:
1.) Stock S/C can make 200 WHP @ 7 PSI
2.) 1 PSI = 10 HP
3.) 15% loss from crank to wheels

Stock S/C would make 230 BHP (which works out with assumption #2)
2.5 PSI = 25 HP
so thats 255 BHP @ 9.5 PSI
which is about 217 WHP

Pretty rough estimates, but you can get an idea of where it would be.

My setup I/H/E (stock midpipe), 9PSI, LW pulley, overdrive ALT, and Greddy Ultimate netted me 228.4WHP on a mild tune. That was up from 209WHP where the Greddy was causing tuning issues with null maps.

That is for my super secret, special project. I am going to run the 2 batteries in series for 24volts. From there a custom built power supply will step-up to 48VDC for DC servo motor and a stepdown to an adjustable 12-18VDC output for all of the electronics/lights. Obviously, I need to spin the alternator faster at lower RPMs to for more amperage and thus, the overdrive. It is smaller and lighter so the drawbacks are minimal unless under a heavy electrical load.

Correct. You could run into problems at idle with a heavy electrical load. You have to be careful about frequent short trips of less than 15-20 minutes as eventually the battery will not get enough of a charge.

Enter your car in the giveaway contest http://www.club-tc.com/forums/club-t...-november.html and you could when a coveted Jotech Motosports decal that is easily could for 10WHP+!!!!

In all actuality, horsepower numbers are not imperical, but subjective. Being that the 2AZ-FE has a "learning" ECM that adjust intake valve/ ignition timing, and injector pulse modification; it is a stark possibilty that two identical tC's could put down different numbers. Just a thought.
