The O2 sensor in the s-pipe is the one to do the trick on. Have you tried recycling your ECU? Try just resetting the NVRAM on the ECM's EEPROM first (no window reinitialization needed). If that does not work then a full reset on the ECM by battery disconnect is needed. Do this after you install the anti-fouler. This is what the code is about.
Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) 1. Gas leakage from exhaust system 2. A/F sensor (sensor 1) 3. Heated oxygen sensor (sensor 2) 4. Front exhaust pipe (TWC) Comes on DTC stored Is your MAF error code gone?

Yeah, i have a code reader from snap on. I've been resetting it for about a month now. Jus this last time, it hasn't thrown it for three days. I'll see tonight if it does.
I think the MAF was a spoof. I reset it and it never came back. It only threw the code when I had my intake hooked up as a short ram. It said it was gettin to much air flow. HAHA!!! Imagine that.
