Default Port and polish... hmm......

So, I've done a little research about the process and potential gains of P&P. Just wondering if our toyota engines are made much like domestics in relation to jagged internal surfaces, etc.

Anybody here ever removed their intake manifold or head for any reason?

Anybody consider doing this(or already done it)?

Should only be done by a seasoned professional. CNC port/polish is the best choice. Although our head flows well, there is always room for improvement.

Valve Guide boss removed, exhaust bowls blended, and the exhaust port enlarged to match a larger tube header.

deffinetly not something try on your own. And you are going to need some fuel management to see the gains from it. You cant flow more air, without adding more fuel.
