Why does the Corolla XRS beat the tC?

If I could trade in my tc for a brand spanking new 2004 Celica GT-S I would do it in a heart beat.

500 lbs lighter, 6spd, and 8.4k redline.

i dont think tc can beat xrs in any way.. sc tc yeah how many hp can that add up to tc and sc corolla xrs...

on stock tc is still slower than corolla xrs..
corolla xrs is a 2zz-ge engine

and people still believe scion tc is faster?
