Default for weapon r headers do i need a new o2 simulator ack!!!

just purchased the weapon r ss headers with an s-pipe then did some research and found out i needed a new mechanical o2 simulator i belive? if so were can they be obtained and is installation complex, also why is this needed when you install the headers and how much am i looking at spending for this?>?!?! any advice thx for reading!

You might wanna search, but since I am being nice...yes you are going to need to an O2 sim. Go to tC garage and you will find out how to make one. If you dont wanna make one then you can probably get one off of ebay.

So will the CEL eliminator from Weapons R do the same thing?

Not sure, but it looks to have the same means to an end; pulling the O2 narrowband out of the direct exhaust stream. This in effects skews the readings bringing them down to the correct levels. This makes the ECM believe that all is well. You can get the same effect doing our stated anti-fouler trick. It is much cheaper and proven.
