|
The final drive of a car refers to the gearing of your differential. Lowering the ratio will make it accelerate faster, but each gear will end at a lower speed. The engine needs less torque to perform the work needed to move the vehicle, because the wheels are going to spin fewer times per RPM than before.
I have not see any though. |

http://www.club-tc.com/forums/engine...fications.html To answer an earlier question; final drive gear changes or more power will not helpto get you much past the 127MPH ECM induced coma. It is all about the speed input and the encrypted software. My Greddy Ultimate can't even surpass it.
