Hey Ace, I live in Downey, and used to live in Tustin/Irvine and I ran the Greddy Evo 2 on my WRX for several years.
The Evo2 is a decible legal exhaust system. It might be different with the tC because tC cat-back systems delete the final factory cat, which is a ticket even though you're not breaking the decible limit. If you can get the evo2 rear section only, I'd recommend that, the SP2 is also great, the overall performance gains are about the same and it's a real sleeper looking exhaust.

Soulbane,
Thanks for the expertise! I'm still trying to figure out what the heck I want to run, and that opens another option. I see you have the TiC. What made you go with that over the EVO2? (Listening to them on Greddy's website, the TiC, sure does have a nice deep sound to it...) Have you had problems with yours? Either mechanically or legally? Thanks! |

No problems, GReddy is A+ quality material.
I went with the TiC only because I already used the Evo2 before and I wanted something new. Now that I've faced both, I'd much rather have the Evo2, partly because I commute a lot, and the TiC is noticably louder. So until I can get an Evo2/TiC swap, I'll be using a silencer.
