sweeeettt! thanks graphite! i appreciate the help! im going to do that this weekend!! and good point! any other intake would get rid of those things anyway! ha i was wondering,...is it a noticable sound dif....? or is it just noticable to the person that has been driving it? does it sound better from the outside too?

yeah i noticed a difference: smoother at lower engine speeds, and a lil quicker pick-up at higher engine speeds and WOT (wide open throttle), and i figure if you can hear the growl being more pronounced inside the cabin, then you have to be able to hear it outside.
next time you go through an underpass or tunnel, downshift a gear (or floor it for you auto tranny guys

When I was goin threw this tunnel I revved my engine and this guy on a motorcycle was goin in between cars and I guess got next to me and almost hit the car next to him I guess he got scared I felt bad
Modded intake + trd exaust + quick high rev + tunnel = people getting scared |

My boys and I were all on our way to a scion car show in baltimore and we had to go through a tunnel. All of us (about 20) Started Revving is sounded sooooo sick. It was Sooooooooooo loud. That was one of my high points in my life. hahaha j

Nice, I love the Injen exhaust, but I dont care if the megan drift specs are made like crap, they sound AWESOME. I would put on on my car if i didnt have headers. My boy has The megan with an injen intake and it sounds 30x better than any exhaust i heard on a tC. Even the turboed tCs. I heard they are made like shyt tho.

maybe the crappy production actually makes it sound good. they sacrificed quality for sound. yea it's a shame. but then their products wouldnt be as cheap in price either.

Well, that would make sense...the more air that you let in, the more exhuast fumes that comes out. You know it might be for sound because consumers dont like noise or vibration...people are weird. In Car and Drive, they rated a car a whole point lower because they felt the cup holder wasnt deep enough. So...
