Default Cold Weather

(cold start with temps. from 25- 30 approx.) Does anyone experience a problem with the auto. trans. shifting into 4th. My original '06 tC had this problem, The dealership doesn't know and they experienced it also. I warm the car until at least the temp. gauge moves. approx. 5-10 min.
