I have the Injen for the 06 and it can either be SRI or CAI, if its the same for the 08 then if you want to have it CAI you will have to remove the bumper cover and the drivers side fender so you can snake the piping up into the engine bay. Kind of a pain in the ass but worth it in the end. There is a DIY on here of how to remove the front bumper.

I also have an Injen Cold Air Intake on my 2008 tC and I was able to install in without taking off the front bumper cover. It is not required at all, it just takes some precision when threading the CAI tubing through the fender. The whole install took about an hour, no problems at all!
