yeah i was talking to the guy from ptunning and he was telling me that anything higher than a stage 4 would be too much for a daily driver but if i ever wanted to go turbo that my best bet would be a stage 3 but with my normal bolt ons right now it slips with the stock one if i drag for ****s and giggles. so i know i gotta do something.

I was wanting to do the same but i'm going to wait i wear out this one.
Just had a quick/dumb question. It's had me confused so ya......... If you buy anything like turbo, clutch, etc..... and they have different stages. Do you have to buy any previous parts for the current stage you want? In other words, If i want a stage II clutch, do i need to buy stage I? Sorry, really dumb i know but i've never upgraded a car and i'm only 15.

its not a dumb question i know i have asked it myself when i was young. no you don't have to buy stage one you can more or less look at stage 1, 2,3, and so on and so fourth as like levels. with clutches the higher the stage the stronger the parts are and the more power they will be able to hold. for instance stage one would be your typical daily driver not really to many upgrades on just about oem depending on the manufacture. however for most applications a stage 4 (or level 4) would be strickly for racing. if you had a stage 4 on your car you would hate life because it would take so much pedal work.

see i looked into the trd and i wasn't impressed. it's to much money for what it is because it looks like it would be a simple stage one upgrade. don't get me wrong trd is good stuff but i feel like your paying more for the name than the product.

I was planning on the Exedy Stage 1 clutch, as I was going with the Greddy turbo kit (as that is putting HP numbers down that rank among other stage 1 kits) so I figured the Exedy (that I have had past experience with) would do just fine, as high horse power is not my goal.
