5W-30 Royal Purple Syn.
75W-90 Royal Purple Syn Gear Oil
Lucas Syn Oil Stabilizer.
Also Redline Water Wetter

To me 5W-20 is just not viscous enough plus I have the TRD.

That is what I did. Free is almost always a good thing. Makes for a good break-in oil.

Redline 5w30 (I sell it so I am slightly biased)...haven't needed to change tranny fluid...so still running whatever Toyota stuck in there.

All fluids in a vehicle need to be flushed and filled once a year, synthetic or not. Coolant, brake, power steering, differential, and auto/manual transmission fluids can breakdown and/or be contaminated by water, sediment, environmental acids, metal shavings, etc. Even an A/C systm has oil in the compressor that should be replaced every few years. These systems are often overlooked. These systems have no filteration (except auto tranny) and can lead to premature wear of these systems.
