Norwalk Scion/Toyota and Penske Toyota/Scion in Downey.

The service I received at Penske Toyota Scion in Downey CA was absolutely miserable.

Everything was focused on their own personal profit and sale of the car, absolutely no consideration for the convenience of the customer.

The Norwalk Scion/Toyota was a different story, and was the place I purchased my tC.

Outstanding staff, especially at the Fleet Department. Top notch customer service, and they work with you to get what you need, not against you.
