Default Shore Toyota/Scion

i went to Shore Toyota / Scion here in Mays Landing, NJ to ask about the rs4.0 and they had no idea what i was talking about. my salesman who i bought my current tC from said he never heard of it. (wait, it gets better) the manager for scion flat out said he hasn't heard about it yet either! so the two of them went to "research it" and came back empty handed! they grilled me on where i got the info and how i knew so much about it. told them Club-tC.com son! recognize! whoop whoop! alright i didnt say all that, but i told them i got it from here. it's my impression that these guys at this dealership arent too knowledgeable about their product. for goodness sake scion only has 4 cars!

deep breath... figured that it wasnt worth trying to get a rs4.0 for me anyway!

i dont really know my dealer all that well. but we know each other by name since my fiancee bought a tC from him, i bought a tC from him, and i tried to get my brother and mother to buy a scion from him. we click kinda cuz he's a young guy. but the Scion manager always speaks to me as if he's never seen me before (that's not surprising tho).

anyway, as far as the original story, i dont know how they really do their business, but i was surprised to hear they only go by the scion.com website. since the info on the rs 4.0 wasn't there, they were lost and couldnt give me any further info. i was telling them what is was gonna have, when and where it was debuting, etc. i just expected them to at least have heard of it. im gonna have to research their service dept. soon since i plan on getting an s/c and other things they have to install. if anyone has dealt with them please let me know.

also, anyone with info on or experience with the service dept of turnersville scion and scion vineland please post!
