best car dealer ever ver.2

Ok so i posted about how great street scion in amarillo is. Well i still beleive they are the best dealership i have ever worked with but time will tell. This is whats going on about two weeks ago i went in to have my 2nd oil change 10,000 mil. and have my tires rotated. Well i pick my car up and notice that when they rotated the tires they chipped and marred the rims. So i tell the service manger and he told me that he hill get back with me. Well i called him back last week and he wasn't sure what they were going to do about it. Ill give them a few more days before i call back.

I was wondering if anyone ellse has had a issue with the dealer rotating the tires.

update: well it has been about 2 months since i told the service manger about my problem and i talked to him about 2 weeks ago and he said they are still waiting. So i am guessing my next step will be to call his boss and see what he has to say.
