Cool 08 Brake Problem

I've just bought a new 08' Scion TC, Ever since I have had the car I have enjoyed every minute of it. But I do have one problem, I noticed that when I step on my brakes I have a slight vibration in the pedal. I also noticed that when I start off usually 0-20 very slowly I hear a squeaking sound come from the right rear tire. I also noticed a little rattling at times when I first drive the car in the morning to go to work. I've already took it to the dealer once and they said they did a nine point brake inspection and found nothing wrong. My dad heard the sound and says it sounds like a bad warpt rotor or even a bad caliapar. Sorry about my spelling I'm half alseep, but I am stressing about this. I mean I know brake problems are a major red flag, I've alrady had one accident due to brake failure I don't need another one. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Tell them to upgrade their "nine point" inspection to a "find the problem" inspection.

Where do I start, I got my car back today. I was about 85% right on what was wrong with it. First it wasn't the Rear Rotors at all it was the Callipars and the pads were loose, on top of that the e-brake mechanism was not properly installed. Therefore that is what caused the sounds and the vibration, my dad pulled a fit and got 2k knocked off the price of the car. So now all I owe is a total of 5k which is chunk change to me ha ha. Stupid Toyota mechancis 9 point brake inspections are for kids.

Haha. They forgot to mention that the first guy who inspected it happens to be blind and has a wooden arm. Sweet deal on the price break.
