Default How much would the Hotchkis combo cost me?

If I went to a Scion dealership, and asked them to install, lowering springs, F/R sway bars, and rear camber links, how many hours of labor am I looking at?

Anyone have these installed by someone other than yourself?

I realize I can do the springs myself, but I am not comfortable doing the F/R sways on my own, and might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Thoughts anyone?

well it all depends on there labor hours ..
my mechanic charges $70 an hr .. he goes into this program
he has on his computer that tells approximately how many hrs
it will take to get a job done .. now if he has done a job before
and he can get it done in less time he will .. well thats the treatment i get lollol
so yea it all depends .. i got my sway bars installed but it was included with the
entire turbo setup i guess .. i gotta look at my reciept again

just a guesstimate...

the places i used to go to charged about 3 hours for springs.

id assume the rear sway would be about 45 min since its so simple

the front would likely be more since its a more advanced install. maybe 1.5 hours?

this is just an educated guess. don't hold me to it

if you can do the springs yourself, then the rear sway bar will be a piece of cake, b/c you have to unbolt the swaybar from the struts in order to do the rear springs. that's 1/2 of the removal right there.

after that, just unbolt where it attaches to the subframe(?) and remove. reinstall the new one in reverse order, and tighten everything down once the vehicle is on the ground, and again after a few days of driving.

the front... i wouldnt do if you're not comfortable since it requires you to unbol tthe engine cradle. i'd just pay to have that installed.

hope this helps...
