I don't think one is better over the other specific to Tc's. I think you'll find that everyone has their own opinions and that there are pros and cons to both of them. Ultimately it comes down to what you like and how much you want to spend. Just my .02.

yea it depends on the level of performance you want. tokico and koni will give you the stiffest ride while trd isn't as stiff.
just wanted to throw that out there. sorry i dont have any experience with any of the three

Well I went with Tokico and my dad says they turned out pretty good. I guess they must be ok then. I cant wait to go home and drive it. Ive been buying all the parts online and my dad is installing them. I wish I could help but oh well. Thanks for the help guys.
