You're talking about endlinks. You may just need time for the springs to fully settle. That happens alot. If you want new endlinks, a quick google search turned up these: Powergrid Adjustable Endlink Kit for Scion tC front sway bar - 12M-85. Too bad Dezod stopped making front endlinks. But anyway, if the endlinks are the problem, chock another one up to Megan!

What? Are ya blasting the high Chinese quality of Megan? I think they sell them at Wally World now! So Dezod is no longer making their endlinks? That is fine as they had fitment issues on the rear (too universal).
If you believe your front swaybar is binding from the drop springs, just disconnect the factory endlinks and see how she sits. If the car drops futher than with the swaybar endlinks, you will need to look at finding a set of adjustable endlinks. It usually takes a severe drop or lift to bind a factory swaybar.

Well, Dezod still makes the rear endlinks. Just not the front.

Hotchkis sells units for the front and the rear. For the OEM, The front camber is changed by means of different elliptical bolts. The rear has adjustment that is good up to the 1.5 TRD spring drop. Lower than that and it goes beyond the capability to adjust further.

Just order these units from Hotchkis or other company and have the Dealership align the car to the TRD lowering springs specifications. That should put you real close to the numbers.

I've read on here that anything more than a 1.25" drop on our cars will start to decrease the handling performance. Why is that? Wouldn't lower be better?

Like most things its all a balancing act, for the track you want to sit as low as possible but for real life use 1.25 allows good wheel and strut travel for the wheels given the condition of most roads in the states right now.-Stolen from Parts Manager at Quality Imports Toyota Scion.

I suppose the 1.25" drop theory comes from the drop of the TRD springs. Anything under 2" will not have adverse effects to driveability and handling. The Hotchkis springs are a perfect match (1.7"F/1.97"R) of performance and ride with a much better drop than the TRD springs. With just the Hotchkis adjustable camber plates and a TRD springs alignment, I have no out of symmetry or excessive tire wear.

This is generally an accepted standard amongst owners so your Parts Manager has been myth busted.
