Default TRD BBK out for tC

Sparks Toyota (<<<click that for the link to the brakes)

in comparison with other BBKs on the market, are these any better? they are priced slightly below average compared to Wilwood, Rotora, Stoptech, and Brembo. i dont really know what materials are better in regards to performance, etc. i think i remember reading somewhere that slotted rotors were better than drilled for street performance.

anyway, trd parts are typically overpriced in relation to similar aftermarket parts. sometimes, they are even the same product as another company, just with a trd logo on it.

im just throwin facts and opinions out on the table for us to discuss...

I won't be going fast enough any time soon to need a bbk.

I had oem sized cross drilled rotors and performance pads on one of my civics. It was a good, cheaper street alternative. I'll stick with that for now...

& as for the trd bbk being slightly cheaper than the competition... I'll believe it when I see it lol! That'll be a first!

its true... trd bbk under 1100. the others are all over 1100. I know that's wierd. that's why I question the quality of it. i'll compare them all tonight or tomorrow morning after work...
