I have the trd spring and shock setup.

Depending on what route you plan on going, I would say consider a set of tein basic coilovers. It was run rairly close to the same price and the teins will be adjustable. I wish I had of done that.

You should then go with the Hotchkis Stage 1 TVS system. The springs a a hair lower and a hair more aggressive than the TRDs
Front 1.7" (43mm) Drop 175 lbs/in (Stock 150 lbs/in)
Rear 1.97" (50mm) Drop 285 lb/in (245 lbs/in)

TRD calls for a 1-1.5" drop F/R. No specs on the springrates.

You can buy just the springs if you are going for looks or go with the full kits. These are compatible the TRD struts. I would suggest going with the Hotchkis rear camber links to even out that rear camber for even tire wear. My 17" setup had no need for camber adjust for tire wear as it was right on the numbers

Sparks Toyota Direct link to the package from Sparks Toyota (aka TRD Sparks)

You can get the springs/struts/and sway bar for 749.00. I have it its just been sitting in my living room for the last 2 months waiting on a friend of mine to quit sayin "ok ill help" that day "hey im not gonna make it". Im seriously about to just pay and have it done...

Easy to do with a a 2ton floor jack and jack stands. It would be better to do on a chasis lift. Just like drum brakes, do one side at a time and pay real close attention of the orientation of the parts. Best to take digital pics for reference.
