    Post Wheel/Tire Info

    OEM Wheels/Tires
    17x7JJ +45mm offset
    5x100 lug pattern
    Lightweight Aluminum alloy
TPWS sensor installed on valve stem
M12x1.5 pitch conical seat lug nuts
OEM wheels are hub centric and lug centric
    54.1mm Hub Bore
    Stock tire size 215/45/ZR17
    17x7 OEM Wheel w/ Bridgestone Potenza RE92**40.35lbs (x4)
**Based on 50% thread w/ TPWS sensor. Balance weights, thread block, tire size, and manufacturer will alter weights.

    Aftermarket Wheels/Tires
Increasing wheel width to 8.0" --- +42mm offset
Increasing wheel width to 8.5" --- +40mm offset

+35mm offset on an 18x8.5" wheel with a 225/40/18 tire with a 1.0" to 2.0" drop and 0 degree camber with have the following problems.
    1. Rear tire will rub on slightest bumps even with only a 1.0" drop. OEM springs will cause tire rub on harsh bumps and lesser with a load.
Dial-in negative camber will help. How much depends on ride height. The lower the ride height, the more negative camber.
Going with a smaller 215 sized or 35 series tire would help and might diminish the need for excessive negative camber.
Neither of these options are considered ideal. The only acceptable solution with this offset is to shave the rear fender lips.
Note: The rear fender lips are double-walled, and therefore, cannot be rolled.
    2. Front tire will rub the front outside mudguard on harsh bumps or, depending on suspension load (ie turn-in), on medium bumps with 1.6-2.0" drop. It will wear a hole in the mudguard but will not damage the tire (225/40/18).
Adding negative camber might make the rub worse as the outside edge of the tire will be lifted higher. Downsizing the tire as prescribe above may alleviate the rub to degree. Again, not the best solution here. The mudguards could be modified or removed.
The best solution would be to utilize a better offset; +40mm. Further, an 18x8" wheel with a +35mm offset would fit with no rubbing.

    Front and Rear

    Tire inflation pressure
Tire size .. kPa (kgf/cm2 or bar, psi) .. Wheel size
    Front .. Rear

When driving under the above vehicle conditions at sustained high speeds above 160 km/h (100 mph), in countries where such speeds are permitted by–law, inflate the front tires to 260 kPa (2.7 kgf/cm2 or 2.6 bar, 38 psi), rear tires to 210 kPa (2.2 kgf/cm2 or 2.1 bar, 31 psi) provided that it does not exceed the maximum cold tire inflation pressure molded on the tire sidewall.
