I think when they changed my oil at dealer, they forgot to tight engine oil cap or something that I do not know. When I looked at the engine I saw there is little oil spread out around engine oil cap
(on plastic) . what should I do ?

First things first, just make sure your cap is on tightly now, and if it wasnt tight already they forgot to tighten it so i'd take it back and make them top off your oil and clean out your engine bay. But most of the time the oil around there is from someone spilling while they were pouring. Usually if your cap is loose there will be a little bit of spray. Let us know what you find

i'd check your oil, and if it is low def. go get it topped off again. But if they just spilt a little its no biggie, wont have any affect on your car. As long as it isnt leaking your golden
