Interior Dome / Map Light Removal

This is a quick how-to article that will show you how to quickly and easily remove the dome/map light.

REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY
(a) Using a clip remover, detach the 3 clips and remove
the light.
(b) Disconnect the map light connector

REMOVE NO. 1 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY
(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove
the lens.

b) Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove
the light.

 
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

 
(c) Disconnect the light connector.

REMOVE NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY (hatch)
(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the light from the deck
trim side panel LH.
