07 headlight install help

    Hey everyone, I need to replace a headlight (stupid deer), anyway, I'm just wondering how easy or difficult is it to remove the old & replace it with a new headlight assembly. Do I need to remove the front bumper cover? Any "special tools" needed? I need to get the car inspected in September so any help would be awesome

    If my memory serves me correctly, you will need to take the front bumper off. A phillips head screw driver should do the trick.

    After further review, I ordered the wrong headlight I ordered one with the chrome ring I need the black !! CRAP!

    all went well, (even for me!) now just wishing I had replaced both headlights, as long as bumper was off and everything....
    maybe come spring I'll do it again. Thanks all for the links & photos couldn't have done it with out everyones help.
