17x8

    Im looking to get new rims and upgarde my suspention as will this summer my question is if i say drop the car about 1 inch and slap some 17x8 rims on is are they going to rub??? Thanks ...o ya any suggestions on rims and tires?

    You should already be runnin 17x8 rims and tires. Just think of your suspension dropped another inch below what it's at right now. I don't believe you should have a problem with rubbing...

    well my scion is a spec model so i got the 16x6 crap rims so im gonna upgrade and any and all suggestions are more than welcome thaks

    17x8 will not rub on a 1in drop, even 18's wouldnt rub, stock tc rims are 17x7 so 17x8 would be a wider wheel, i have h-techs on my tC with a 1.9 in front and 1.7 in back and i still have about a finger gap all around on stock 17's
