    Quick question fellas...
Im deliberating over getting the NIA Body Kit (full) or just keeping it stock and slamming it. I have a recked rear bumper so im definantley getting a new rear bumper and want to do one or the other. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Stock and slam it. Kits are too much hassle and damage way too easy. Not many slammed tC's.

try trdsparks.com for best prices. You can use any rear bumper cover from 2005-up. You will have to have it paint matched to your color.

The OEM lip kit from Toyota is $1,083 retail. Of course, that does not include labor.

I have it and I love it. It looks hot. I agree with what Navy is saying about the body kits too. I was debating on getting a Kaminari kit, but including painting it and installing it, this can add up to over $2,500 very quickly. No thanx. They are easily damaged too, like he said.

I've had a couple spots here and there on the OEM lip kit that got slightly damaged, simply because it's so damn low to the ground. (This is INEVITABLE). Nothing major, but if this were a full aftermarket body kit, I'd be screwed. It's much easier to deal with small touch ups or minor repairs or blemishes on an OEM kit, no matter how you look at it.

Regarding your bumper, I once priced the FRONT bumper (I need to replace mine sometime, it's slightly damaged, not noticable but it bothers me) and I can tell you the price from the dealer on that was $216.79, so I imagine the rear may be somewhere in that range. That's UNPAINTED AND UN-PRIMED.

**(As a side note, something I learned in my research on this a couple months ago, both front and rear bumper are unpainted and unprimed. HOWEVER, the lip kit pieces DO come primed for some reason. So, factor that in your painting costs, as it will save you a step and some money with the paint shop). Aftermarket kits will be unpainted and unprimed. I know Kaminari was. Major money expense there. Ouch!

I would take a look around Ebay too dude. I saw a few used rear bumpers on there pretty cheap a couple months ago. Of course, you'd have to work it down and re-paint it, but if you get a new one, it's unpainted anyways.

No body or lip kit for you then? I looked at your profile and your pics, and judging by your comment, sounds like maybe you used to have one?

I love the OEM lip kit. Surprisingly, not many around my area have it at all.
