so here is the problem, at the end of the brake cycle weither coming from 60 mph or 25mph. the brakes skip and i can feel the pedal vibrate and the car slips forward and emmits something like an error sound. and then catches right after it only slips for a second. but is quite scary. i have had it in various shops since nothing comes up on the scanners they say that they cant find anything wrong.
any info on this issue would be greatly appreciated
    thanks in advance.

Sounds like the ABS system doing its job. Do you notice the same occurrence braking down a hill? The pulsing your feeling is the ABS preventing wheel slippage.

If you are smashing the pedal to the floor, then what you are experiencing is normal for the stock braking system. If you are easing the pedal, then you shouldn't be actuating the ABS and you have a genuine problem. When you say at the end of the braking cycle, what do you mean? Are you saying when you are down around 5 miles an hour it happens? Also, have you done any system modifications or changed the fluid?

What year tC? How many miles on the odometer? You might have a sticky caliper. There is also the possibility that you have a bad ABS sensor or servo motor.

well it happens when i ease pedal or smash it to the floor. and it occurs right at the end of the cycle between 3-5mph.
the car is a 2005 and has 80,000 miles. all the calipers and rotors were changed as well

How many miles did you get between the brake job and the problem starting? Was the brake job done at a dealership, general mechanic, or self/buddy? It sounds like you may have a bad wheel speed sensor. If the brake job was just done recently, though, I would start with checking your fluid levels and making sure all the calipers are well bled.

the problem was there before and after the jobs were done, the work was done by a mechanic but not at the dealership. fluid levels seem good, they also said that they bled the brakes, but that is somthing i can always check again. as far as the wheel speed sensor, is that something i can do or is that something i have to get done, it doesnt look very difficult in the front wheels, but i dont know about the back.
    and by the way.
thanks for all the help guys

At this point, I recommend you take it in to the dealership. The shop manual has a little over 65 pages of electrical trouble-shooting and visual parts inspections for the ABS system. It will be cheaper in the long run than swapping out sensors willy-nilly.

The skid sensors in the rear require removal of the hub to access. The front ones are easy to get to, but you must make sure the mounting flange is flush on installation and the flange bolt is only torqued to 80 in-lbs.

Since the problem was there prior to any brake work, you can rule out insufficient bleeding as the cause.

The Dealership also has an interface that can give them the 411 on the ABS/EBFD system's status. It does sound computer/electrical related if the brakes feel normal otherwise.
