Buddy Club P1 Racing II Plus fitment

i was looking at getting these in 17" so i don't have to buy new tires, but they come in a 48 offset. would this be a problem with rubbing? i'll prolly be lowered with the hotchkis kit by the time i'm ready to order... i don't remember how the offset is measured but i can't imagine a difference of 3mm would cause rubbing with a near stock sized aftermarket rim

another question: are our stock rims a 7" or 7.5" width?

Also if anyone is handy with photoshop (since i'm not) can someone put these wheels in both gunmetal and hyper gold on a FM tC? i can't decide on the color i'd rock the gold on a black tc, but flint mica is sorta that limbo color when trying to match wheels to it

The closer you stay with the OEM offset (which is +48) the better you're going to be.

The stock wheels are 17x7's

As long as you're offset is around 45-48, you wont have rubbing issues at all on 17's, even if you're lowered past 2.0in (which wont be a problem cause the hotchkis drop doesn't exceed that)

Remember you can use your old tires on 17's, but I'd recommend you go with 17x8's.

If you're looking for maximum traction and performance, you need to go with the widest tires that will fit on your wheel width base.

With 17x8's, you'll be set to go on 245/40/17's which offsets your vehicles normal balance minnimally, and you'll have better results on the life of your bearings.

Oh and remember, our PCD is 5x100, don't forget that one.

thanks! i thought our offset was 45. i'll look into getting 17x8s, but just for everyday driving i'd probably stick with 17x7/7.5 with a summer tire.
