cel after axle back instal

    alright so i installed a tsudo axle back i bought and now its throwning a code for bank 1:/ any ideas on how to fix it?

    You should never see any sort of MIL DTC with an aftermarket axle-back. What other exhaust mods do you have? There must be a leak either at the header collector or at the s-pipe to mid-pipe connection. What is the exact DTC? Check to make sure both O2 sensors are threaded/torqued correclty and the electrical connectors are fully engaged not damaged.

    No other mods and can't remember the exact code but it was all about bank 1

    The axle-back to mid-pipe connection is too far for the Bank1Sensor2 to be sucking air. How did you install your axle-back? Did your car seem to drive worse after or shortly after the install? How long did it take for the DTC to be thrown after the install?

    Um unbolted and boltedx the other one back up and seems better and light came on after 20 miles.
