CF hoods

So, I'm thinking about dropping a few C's to get a carbon fiber hood. However, I'm one of those "find out everything you can before making a big purchase" kind of guys, so I have a question for you all.

Have you had problems with your CF hoods "yellowing" or fading? If so, were you able to fix it? If not, what preventative measures have you taken to avoid the discoloring?

I lack a garage at my house, so I was thinking about buying a car cover once I get the hood. Would this help?
