Chips/power programmers

    Chips/Power Programmers are a waste of money. The VVT-I won't benefit from one and you're going to spend more money to gain very few ponies if any. Your best bet is going w/ a S/C or turbo then have your ECU/ECM reflashed to get the pull potential out of your motor. Other people that have bought and installed a chip/programmer have noticed that their tC's run rich, have gotten CEL's, and have to up to a higher octane fuel and some have even lost HP. Our motors learn as we drive, so buying a chip/programmer won't do anything for you that you'll feel.
